Forbes Austria set the goal to honor women in technology and science in the German-speaking region, not to rank them. And the message is concise and clear: Women are not only present but also significantly shaping the STEM industry in the DACH region.
Women are categorized into four groups: investors, scientists, and C-level executives. The data was sourced from databases like Pitchbook and Crunchbase, research.com, Google Scholar, as well as publications and platforms such as TechCrunch, Forbes, Speedinvest VC, university spin-offs and various social media platforms.
