The 4th meeting of the COST Action “Statistical and machine learning techniques in human microbiome studies” took place in August at the University of Turku, hosted by the Data Science Group from Prof. Leo Lahti. BiomeDx was represented by Christian Jansen, who gave a talk about what we are building at Biome Diagnostics and how we use machine learning algorithms to develop our tests.
